You now need to book a place for Holy Mass at 10am on Sundays (English Mass)

HOW TO BOOK YOUR PLACE AT MASS
(Updated 6/10/2020)

In order to maintain Social Distancing we need to limit the numbers coming to each Mass.
To do this, you MUST book for 10am Mass on Sunday. We are keeping numbers at other Masses under review so check the bulletin for updates.

Please read the information on this page, and share with those who do not have internet access. Different conditions apply to Masses in Polish -please contact Fr. Daniel for information.

There are three ways you can now attend Holy Mass, and we urge you to choose your day thoughtfully, prayerfully and carefully, keeping in mind that there is currently no Sunday Obligation. Consider attending a Mass at a different time/day to your normal routine eg during the week to avoid disappointment and the need to book.

If you do choose to attend a Weekday Mass, we encourage you to continue live-streaming Sunday 10am Mass if you have been doing so via the YouTube channel.

Please note that the arrangements set out below only refer to Masses in English. To book a place at a Mass in Polish you will have to contact Fr Daniel.

METHOD 1
BOOK BY TEXT

Send a text to this number: 07946 713 007

Please leave your name, the number of places you require and which date/dates you want to book for. Please cancel your place if you cannot attend to free up space for others.

This text service is administered by a volunteer and is not monitored by the Priests – please do not call it or use it to pass on messages as these will be ignored. Contact the Presbytery for all other matters.

METHOD 2 – BOOK BY EMAIL

The Church email is: doncaster@catholicweb.com

You can email your booking and await confirmation by email from a Priest or administrator. Leave your name, the number of places you require and which date/dates you want to book for. Please cancel your place if you cannot attend to free up space for others.

METHOD 3 – TURN UP ON THE DAY

Turn up at the doors of the Church ten minutes before a Mass and hope there will be a seat.
This is at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee you a place using this method.

PLEASE NOTE

You can book for the month ahead – make this clear in your booking request. You will have a seat number sent to you as confirmation – remember this so you can enter Church immediately on Sunday. The Stewards will assist.

Booking for Sunday at 10am must be completed by 12pm on the preceding Saturday.

Once booked your seat will be kept available for you until 10 minutes before Mass.
If someone is waiting, your seat will be given away.

Your seat will be allocated in advance via text/email if you book this way or by a steward when you arrive.

Entry into the church will not be permitted once Mass has begun.

Even if you have booked, you must be well enough to come to Mass, if on the day you feel like you have a cough, a sore throat or a cold, then ring the Parish Office and cancel your place. This will help greatly in keeping track of the numbers.
